Attention all friends of FREE SPEECH!!! Meghan Elise Link -- one of two arrested on 11-1-11 just for trying to walk into a Toledo City Council meeting with a small sign displaying the First Amendment -- was just INDICTED on a made up charge of "Felony Assault on a Police Officer". She did not touch anyone, and was in fact the victim of a violent assault by an Ohio State Trooper, and suffered brui...sed ribs and a bruised shoulder after being slammed to the floor and assaulted.

She will be arraigned on Monday, December 19th, at 1pm, courtroom 6, Lucas County Common Pleas Court, Judge Stacy Cook. PLEASE ATTEND??? We want to have a large turn-out to show community support for Meghan. Meeting for lunch at 12noon, the Bistro, Spitzer. Bldg. at corner of Huron and Madison, then walking over to the Common Pleas Court together.
